Reinhardt Sweeps Men's Lacrosse Weekly Awards Again

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Matt Webb and Gavin Banks of Reinhardt are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the fourth edition of the weekly honors for the 2021 season. The next set of awards will be announced on March 22.
AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Matt Webb - Reinhardt - Sr. - Woodstock, Ga.
- Recorded 24 saves on the week as Reinhardt went 3-0.
- Registered a .603 save percentage for the week.
- Had 7 ground balls as well.
- This is his third weekly honor this season.
AAC Offensive Player of the Week
Gavin Banks - Reinhardt - Sr. - Dallas, Ga.
- Scored 14 goals and had 1 assist as Reinhardt went 3-0 on the week.
- Netted 8 goals in a 22-3 win over Webber International.
- Had 5 ground balls on the week.
- This is his first weekly award this season.
