By Mike DeVader, Reinhardt Director of Athletic Communications & Media
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the second time in three editions, Eagle goalie Matt Webb was named Tuesday by the NAIA national office in Kansas City, Mo., the Men's Lacrosse Defensive Player of the Week.
The Woodstock, Ga., native showed again Sunday why he could be the best goalie in NAIA men's lacrosse, as the senior made five saves in nine shots by No. 2 Lawrence Tech, helping Reinhardt to a 3-0 mark after the big 19-6 win in Michigan.
