Waleska, GA – The Reinhardt women's soccer team added another tally to their win column with a 1-0 victory at Columbia International University on Wednesday afternoon. The Eagles are now sitting at #3 in the AAC with a conference record of 3-1 and are 3-3 overall.
The Eagles had control of the match, as they doubled the amount of CIU shots with 16 total, forcing the Rams' goalie to make 11 saves.
The only goal of the match was scored in the 19th minute by Eagles' veteran, Marta Vicente Arche, which marked her 32nd career goal. Freshman, Reagan Horton proved herself as the winning goalie, tallying 6 saves.
Up next, the Eagles will be hosting the Montreat Cavaliers next Wednesday, September 25, at home at 4:30pm.
