Nine Saves and Two Wins Earns Johnson AAC DPOW

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – After a near-perfect pair of outings for the Eagles against Tennessee Wesleyan and Brenau (Ga.), Caroline Johnson of Reinhardt was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Soccer Defensive Player of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the third edition of the weekly honors for the 2020 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Oct. 12.
AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Caroline Johnson - Jr. - Evans, Ga.
- Did not allow a goal in 173 minutes of play.
- Notched nine saves on the week and recorded a 2-0 shutout win versus Brenau.
- This is her first weekly honor this season.
