Laurinburg, NC - In an impressive display of skill and teamwork, the Reinhardt University men's volleyball team clinched a resounding win against the St. Andrews Knights in their AAC conference match on Saturday morning, in Laurinburg, NC. The Eagles soared to a straight-set victory, defeating the Knights with final scores of 25-20, 25-12, and 25-20.
Gabriel Gutierrez led the Eagles with outstanding performances, securing 13 kills and contributing significantly on defense with 4 digs and 4 serving aces. Jakub Aniolczyk also shone bright, showing his prowess both in offense with 8 kills and in defense by recording a block. Decklan Fongbemi complemented the team's effort by contributing 4 kills, 2 digs, and an ace. The defensive stability was bolstered by Denny Martinez, who led with 2 blocks.
