Eagles MVB Picks Up Another SWEEP at Home Over Bluefield!!!

Waleska, GA– The Reinhardt men's volleyball team earned another AAC sweep on Saturday afternoon over the Bluefield Rams after getting a sweep the night before over St. Andrews (3-0; 25-14, 25-18, 25-18). 

It was evident that Reinhardt controlled this match-up from beginning to end as they led in every statistical category over the Rams. The Eagles have proved themselves to be the team to beat as they were ranked #1 in the AAC pre-season poll and now continue their record to 4-0 in this early season.  

RU's Rodolfo Biegelmeyer was the player of the match, earning himself 9 kills, to hit a .333. Victor Pacheco and Christian De Leon also played great matches, each totaling 6 kills a piece. Bruno Dewes recorded 16 assists and Jake Pennypacker added 7. Defensively, Biegelmeyer also led in digs with 8, while Alex Sanchez had 7. 

The Eagles have improved their record to 4-0 and 2-0 in the AAC. The Eagles have an important trip to Florida coming up as they will be playing Warner and Webber this upcoming weekend. Warner and Webber both sit just behind Reinhardt at #2 and #4 in the AAC season rankings.
