Eagles Sweep Benedict 3-0 For Eighth-Straight Win
Columbia, SC – The Reinhardt Eagles Men's Volleyball team traveled to match-up against NCAA opponents, Benedict College on Wednesday evening in another non-conference match. Reinhardt ultimately took down Benedict 3-0 (25-12, 25-16, 25-18), as they had a great start to each of the three sets, jumping off to a lead and remaining in the driver's seat the entire match. Offensively, Reinhardt hit a very impressive .324 percent for the match compared Benedict's .013. The offense was led by Chase Cross and Rodolfo Biegelmeyer, who had 8 kills a piece. The Eagles are starting off the year with a great season, with this being their 8th straight win. The Eagles are currently 11-2 and are now receiving votes for the NAIA Top 20.

- Chase Cross and Rodolfo Biegelmeyer led the Eagle offense with 8 kills a piece. Following closely behind was John Hynes and Troy Sly with 7.
- Bruno Dewes did a nice job of setting his hitters up, totaling 32 assists. Dewes also led in digs with 8.
- Chase Cross also led in blocks with 3.
- Rodolfo Biegelmeyer had 3 service aces on the match.
