Week 10: AAC Men's Soccer Players of the Week

WALESKA, Ga. - Dave Neijenhuis of Tennessee Wesleyan and Blake White of Reinhardt are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Men's Soccer Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced on Monday.

This is the 10th edition of the awards for the 2022 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Nov. 7.

AAC Offensive Player of the Week
Blake White - Reinhardt - Senior - Stockbridge, Ga.

• Netted 4 goals and dished out 1 assist as Reinhardt went 2-0 on the week.
• Recorded a hat trick in an 8-0 win over Kentucky Christian.
• Leading goal scorer for the Eagles (currently at 10 going into the AAC Tournament).
• This is his first weekly honor of the season.

AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Dave Neijenhaus - Tennessee Wesleyan - Junior - Milingen, Netherlands

• Played all 180 minutes this week in helping Tennessee Wesleyan record 2 shutouts.
• Tennessee Wesleyan went 2-0 on the week.
• Scored a goal and had 2 assists in a 9-0 win over Columbia.
• This is his second weekly honor of the season.
