WALESKA, Ga. – Reinhardt shut out an opponent for the second-consecutive match on Saturday afternoon as the Eagles flexed their muscles against Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) newcomer Johnson (Tenn.), 7-0, at Ken White Field at University Stadium.
The hometown club is now 6-0 (3-0 AAC) after Pavel Dashin exploded out of the gate and scored three times in the first 16:06 with two assists from Trevor Robinson.
Reinhardt dominated ball possession the entire outing and added two more tallies in the first half compliments of Blake White (31:45) and Gus Fidler (40:01; assisted by Rafael Pais).
The 5-0 advantage was stretched to seven after Callum Lees and Philip Frowis both found the back of the net within three minutes of each other to put the match to rest.
The Eagles held a 5-1 advantage in corner kicks and an overall shot lead of 26-4.
Individually, Dashin accumulated seven attempts (five on-goal).
Niko Tzevelekos and Elijah Clark split time protecting the net.
The Skyhawks of Point (Ga.) come to Waleska on Sept. 29.
Kick is set for 7:30 p.m.
