Suffocating Defense Earns Arthur Hugon AAC Accolades

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – After playing outstanding as a central defender in leading the Eagles to a 2-0 record this week in Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) play, Arthur Hugon was chosen as the league's Defensive Player of the Week on Monday afternoon.
With the help of the Etienne, France, native, Reinhardt has surrendered two goals in AAC action this season.
This is the sixth edition of the weekly honors for the 2020 season. The next set of awards will be announced on Nov. 2.
AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Arthur Hugon - Jr. - St. Etienne, France
- Anchored the Reinhardt defense, which guided the team to a 2-0 record.
- Tallied a goal in the 5-1 win over Montreat.
- This is his first weekly honor this season.
