RU Flag Football Matches Up Against Webber International
Babson Park, FL. - In a challenging regular-season game on March 27, 2025, the Reinhardt University Eagles faced off against the Webber International Warriors, ultimately falling with a final score of 39-6. Despite a hopeful start, the Eagles were unable to secure a win against their formidable opponents.
The game began with the Warriors taking a significant lead, ending the first half with a score of 26-6. Reinhardt's offensive highlight came from Jahnaeia Thomas, who managed a remarkable 49-yard touchdown reception from quarterback Isabella D'Apice, marking the only touchdown for the Eagles during the game. Additionally, Thomas provided substantial offensive contributions with a total of 127 yards, alongside Nicole Arauz who added 64 yards to Reinhardt's effort.
