Waleska, GA – The Reinhardt Flag Football team played in their home-season opener on Saturday afternoon against the Keiser Seahawks. The Seahawks ultimately won the game 34-6.
The lone score by RU was a rushing play by Eagles' quarterback, Alicia Wyatt, who ran 5 yards for a touchdown. On the day, Wyatt was 20-33 for 183 yards. Dechea Branham caught 3 passes for 38 yards, while Jahnaeia Thomas caught 5 for 34 yards. During rushing attempts, Jada Vick had 4 rushing attempts for 34 yards, while Anaya Showers had 2 rushing attempts for 24 yards. Defensively, Adriana Brustmeyer had 9 total tackles, including 6 solo and 6 assist tackles.
