Cade Chamlee was 1 for 3 hitting in the two hole for the Eagles. He had a double with a run scored and had one RBI.
The Eagles seem to have everything working early in this spring season, however, they will really be tested this weekend when they visit Athens, TN, with a matchup with the Bulldogs of Tennessee Wesleyan. This is a matchup of two NAIA Top 10 teams and the series will have a lot riding on it for the top team in the AAC. The two met in a highly competitive NAIA World Series last spring and although the teams have different personnel - this is sure to be another battle between the giants of AAC Baseball!
