Eagles Fall to Cumberlands 7-5 on Day One of Southeast Rumble
Waleska, GA – Reinhardt baseball is hosting the 2024 Southeast Rumble tournament Thursday through Sunday of this week, featuring 6 different NAIA teams. The first game for #23 nationally ranked RU was on Thursday afternoon, where the Eagles played in a competitive match-up against #8 University of the Cumberlands. Then in the 6th, the Eagles and Patriots each scored a run to make the score 6-3. Finally in the 7th inning, although Cumberlands was able to score a run, RU's Nash Crowell hit a homerun to help the Eagles close the lead.
