Glawson Brings in AAC Honors for Second Time

ASHEVILLE, N.C. – Shelby Glawson was recognized once again for her play on the court over the past seven days, as the junior was tabbed the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Volleyball Attacker of the Week, the conference office announced Monday.
Glawson was simply unstoppable in the middle of the net for the AAC-champion Eagles, as she collectively hit .451 with 29 kills.
Individually, she also had six combined blocks and four digs to help Reinhardt finish the season with a perfect 21-0 record within the league.
Most recently, the Eagles (29-2) stayed in South Carolina last Saturday to wrap up the regular season with a pair of games – one conference and one out-of-conference – as the Eagles ended 2019 with 23 wins in-a-row following positive outcomes against Columbia International (S.C.) (25-18,25-16,25-21) and Piedmont International (N.C.) (25-12,25-8,25-23).
