KANSAS CITY, Mo. – After continuing her dominance on the soccer field this past season, Reinhardt's Adrien Merrilles earned an Honorable Mention All-American nod from the NAIA on Wednesday, as the 2019 NAIA Women's Soccer All-America Teams were announced by the NAIA national office.

The Appalachian Athletic Conference's (AAC) Player of the Year connected on 20 total goals (11 assists and 51 points) in 20 matches, including scoring 16 times and handing out nine assists for 41 points in 13 regular-season conference outings.
The senior leader helped the Eagles to a 13-6-1 record in 2019 and a trip to the AAC Championship Semifinals before falling in a highly-contested battle on the road, 1-0, to Tennessee Wesleyan on Nov. 9.
Merrilles had seven contests of two-or-more tallies with a hat trick against Point (Ga.) on Sept. 18, and went through a stretch late in the year with eight scores in five matches, including single-handedly taking down Union (Ky.) in the AAC Quarterfinals with two netted shots against the Bulldogs in a 2-1 victory.
