Morgan McGhee Receives IWLCA Player of the Week Honors
Waleska, GA- Just one day after receiving honors from the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC), Eagles Lacrosse star, Morgan McGhee, has been recognized for her outstanding play this past week. This time the award is from the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) where she received Offensive Player of the Week. Morgan has had a great season as the leader for the Eagles doing whatever is necessary to get the job accomplished. When the team is in need of a goal or key pass, Morgan is there to do her thing.
The IWLCA Player of the Week is a national award that covers all the players through the NAIA and NCAA.
The Eagles will start their postseason this Friday at Ken White Field where they take on the winner of tournament game one, No. 3 St. Andrews vs. No. 6 Point, which will be played at 11 am on Thursday. The Eagles' game will be at approximately 1 pm on Friday afternoon.

IWLCA Offensive Player of the Week
Morgan McGhee – Reinhardt University
McGhee had a strong offensive performance in Reinhardt's 25-8 win over Montreat. The senior registered four goals, seven assists, four ground balls, and six draw controls. Reinhardt improved to 10-2 overall and 6-1 in the Appalachian Athletic Conference.
