Week 7: AAC Women's Lacrosse Players of the Week

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - Shelby O'Neil of Reinhardt and Morgan McGhee of Reinhardt are the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Women's Lacrosse Defensive and Offensive Players of the Week, the league announced Monday.
This is the seventh edition of the weekly honors for the 2022 season. The next set of awards will be announced on April 11.
AAC Defensive Player of the Week
Shelby O'Neil - Reinhardt - Soph. - Nashville, Tenn.
- Collected 2 ground balls, 8 draw controls, and 8 caused turnovers in helping Reinhardt go 2-0 on the week.
- Helped offensively with 6 goals and 4 assists.
- This is her second weekly award this season.
AAC Offensive Player of the Week
Morgan McGhee - Reinhardt - Sr. - Marietta, Ga.
- Recorded 8 goals as Reinhardt with 2-0 on the week.
- Scored 6 goals in a 19-15 win over Keiser.
- Had 12 ground balls, 9 draw controls, and caused 6 turnovers.
- This is her first weekly award this season.
