Bio

Erinn Marroquin is in her first year as the Assistant Athletic Director for Internal Operations. She was previously the Athletic Operations Coordinator with Reinhardt University as well as being a graduate assistant within the athletic department.

Marroquin, who played volleyball for the Eagles, helps orchestrate all gameday operations and works with upkeep and scheduling of concessions, vendors, and work-study students.

During her time at Reinhardt since 2017, she was a three-year captain of the volleyball team, the AAC Freshman and Setter of the Year, Reinhardt’s Student of the Year, and the commencement speaker for her graduating class.

With the squad under head coach Brian Goodhind, Marroquin helped lead Reinhardt to its first-ever regular-season championship within the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) in 2017 and the program’s initial bid to the NAIA Volleyball National Championship Opening Round against Northwest (Wash.).

Marroquin and the Eagles proved this success was not a fluke and went on to win three more regular-season championships and three conference-tournament championships within the AAC during her career. She helped the team make four NAIA Volleyball National Championship Opening Round appearances as well as going with the Eagles to the NAIA Women’s Volleyball National Championship in Sioux City, Iowa.

Marroquin graduated from Reinhardt in Spring 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master’s degrees in Sport Administration and Business Administration in 2021 and 2022.
