Bio

Born and raised in Dacula, Georgia. He went to Dacula High School and graduated in 2015. Bachelors in Sports Studies with a Minor in Business and Math in 2019. He completed his Master’s program in Coaching with Concordia University-Irvine; he graduated in 2021. After his first year at Reinhardt, 21 total School Records have been taken, 3 Cross Country National Qualifiers, 2 Indoor Track National Qualifiers, and 6 Outdoor Track National Qualifiers. David Friedberg also won the 2023 National Championship in the Javelin.

Prior to Reinhardt, he spent 3 years as an Assistant Cross Country/Track & Field Coach at Tennessee Wesleyan University. 

As an athlete at Reinhardt, he helped win 3 AAC Outdoor Track Conference Championships and 1 AAC Cross Country Conference Championship. He is the current Marathon Record Holder at Reinhardt.
